Our client is a well-established, nationally recognised Construction company who operate in most sectors of the construction industry. Throughout their many years of operation, the company has built an enviable reputation for their high levels of build quality and repeat business.
Owing to planned business expansion across the Northwest region, they are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager.
Reporting to Operations Manager, the successful Business Development Manager will be required to;
– Identify business opportunities with current and new organisations to help build the companies client portfolio
– Forge strong working relationships with Architects and Consultants.
– Attend regional networking events to help raise the awareness of the company and network with potential clients.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the company are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager that has a proven ability of building relationships at ‘C suite’/strategic level client contacts and developing large scale, repeat business clients.
Sound commercial awareness is also a must and the ability to think in a strategic manner. Experience successfully operating within the construction sector would be an obvious advantage; however, this is not essential.
