Contracts Manager – Small Works
Our client is a well-established, award winning and market leading construction company that has an unparalleled reputation for delivering projects to the highest possible standard.
Owing to a marked increase in projects, the company are seeking to appoint a Contract Manager to oversee a number of ‘small works’ construction and refurbishment projects within the Northwest region.
Reporting to the Construction Director, the successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of circa 3-5 construction and refurbishment projects of up to circ £2m in value.
They will also be responsible for preparing H&S plans and for ensuring that the contracts run to the agreed timescales and budgets, without compromising on quality.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the company are seeking an experienced small works Contracts Manager who has a proven track record of successfully managing construction and refurbishment contracts and who has been involved with contracts through the full life project life cycle
They will also possess strong communication skills and will be fully IT literate.
