Ionic are presently working on behalf of a privately owned new build housing developer that pride themselves on their high-end residential houses; which set them apart from national competitors.

Embedded in the companies DNA is a strong environmental consciousness and this is reflected by their strategy to only build houses on ‘brownfield’ sites and therefore reducing their impact on the environment.

Since the company was established, they have seen a massive 500% increase in their completed units and sites across the North West region. In recent months, they have established a presence in the South West and this is following the same growth trajectory.

Owing to this unprecedented levels of growth, they are looking to appoint a Design Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Working as a key member of the design team, you will be required to undertake design coordination between architects, designers and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for reviewing technical drawings and managing both the design team and subcontractors.

The company are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator who possesses a strong understanding of AutoCAD and ideally Revit. The ideal candidate will have a background in New Build Housing.
