Job Description

Are you a Graduate or already working in the construction industry and looking to take on a role that will see you develop into a Quantity Surveyor?

I am currently working alongside a nationally recognised housing developer who has excellent routes for career progression and massive long-term job security on offer. They are one of the country’s leaders in New Build Housing properties. Owing to an increase in business activity, they are seeking to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cumbria.

With a strong land bank, they already have planning in place for well over 1000 units and are now looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be given the mentoring and training you need in order to develop, with the goal being that you will eventually take on a number of sites on your own.

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will need to be keen and driven to succeed with a “can do attitude”. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a good positive attitude and be self-driven to contribute effectively to this pro-active team.

As a business, 90% of their appointments are filled by internal promotions which will mean that those who are driven to progress will be given the opportunity to climb the ladder and given the chance for advancement. If you are looking to work for an award-winning company that has an envious status for delivering excellent customer service, then this is an ideal opportunity for you.
