Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: North West

Salary: Up to £43,000+ (Negotiable depending on years’ experience) plus Car, bonus, healthcare, pension and
mobile phone etc

The Company

My client is a national new build housing developer with an established reputation for high specification approach. The company have an enviable reputation for their project delivery and standard of finish. Owing to the increased workload they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager for the North West region.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful Sales Manager will be responsible for providing a professional service to achieve sales and financial targets on all live developments. You will be required to liaise with a team of sales negotiators in a professional and courteous manner throughout the whole process, therefore having excellent communication skills and the ability to support the whole sales process.

Some of your main responsibilities will be, but not solely:

Oversee up to 7 developments

Monitor and drive weekly sales and customer care targets

Support Sales Negotiators

Report / Liaise with Senior Managers to provide ongoing updates on targets and revenue met; including presentations when required

Complete exchanges and completions

Secure sales

Hold and minute weekly meetings with Sales Negotiators in order to monitor and progress each plot

Associated reports and administration

To apply for this role, the successful candidate must have:

Previous experience in a role with a housing developer

Excellent communication and influencing skills / Good at developing relationships

Flexible and adaptable – able to work at all levels and with a hands on approach

Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic

Team commitment

Demonstrates eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent standards

Excellent organisational skills

Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines

Professional attitude and approach to work

Ability to competently operate MS Office (Word & Excel)

Current and Valid UK driving licence and prepared to work in a large geographical area
