Ionic are presently undertaking a search for an experience Sales Manager to join a well-established construction company that has just entered into an exciting new joint venture with one of the Northwest’s leading and most progressive housing associations.
The new joint venture company will be based on purely open market sales and they have a solid 5 year business plan that will see them rapidly expand their new build housing/development programme.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be play a key role in the creation of the sales department, designing and mapping the ‘customer sales journey’ and for initially negotiating the sales on the first new build housing site that they’re working on.
Following this, you will then recruit a full team of sales negotiators and the role will very quickly progress into a senior management position.
To qualify for this exciting and challenging opportunity, the company are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager who has a proven track record of working within the new build, open market housing sector.
You will also have strong man-management ability; coupled with strong communication skills.
