The office you will be working from is a newly established arm of a very successful housing developer, the growth came about due to the delivery of forecast units for the year and the fact that they hit all their profit targets across the board.
With a strong pipeline of work, due to an extensive secured land bank, they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist the commercial team who are about to undergo the next phase of a strategic business expansion.
