Job Description

Ionic is currently working on behalf of a well-established, leading house builder who has a number of large sites across the North West. Due to a strong pipeline of work they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can come in and oversee the commercial team.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director you will be responsible for heading up a small commercial team which in time you will develop and grow. Other duties will include, producing, managing and forecasting build costs. Projects will consist of large new build housing sites so previous experience of house building with numbers is a must.

With the responsibility of running the commercial team, this is a great opportunity for someone who is already at Senior Quantity Surveyor level and now looking for a role that will assist them in taking the next steps in order to progress their career.

My client is looking for someone who holds a good understanding of all aspects of surveying and contractual procedures with the ability to work at all levels within a commercial team.
