Social Housing Refurb – EWI
Up to £40k plus benefits
A Social Housing Refurbishment contractor, with a head office in Leeds, are actively looking to expand their Site Management team on a permanent basis. This contractor have been awarded new work this financial year and to complete the contracts, they are looking to recruit 2 additional Site Managers to run schemes in either Brizenorton or Hullavington. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for running an EWI scheme from start to finish and therefore you will have experience working on programmed works previously.
” Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, your role will include the following:
” Liaise with tenants directly in regards to their roof replacements.
” The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, materials and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
” Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
” Production of weekly reports against forecast
” Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures
The ideal candidates will have proven experience in managing medium to large scale housing refurbishments projects, and have a track record in delivering Projects on time, to budget and to the highest standards possible in respect of customer satisfaction. Experience in the delivery of Projects which have included External Wall Insulation will be of great benefit but not a pre-requisite as training will be provided.
To qualify for this position the successful Site Manager must possess the following:
” First Aid
” CSCS Card
” Scaffold Inspection
” Trade background or relevant degree qualifications (Or equivalent)
