The Company:
A Social Housing Refurbishment contractor, with a head office in Leeds, are actively looking to expand their Site Management team on a permanent basis. This contractor have been awarded new work this financial year and to complete the contracts, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to run a programme in Bulford, Salisbury – This scheme will involve the external refurbishment to several apartment blocks including flat pitch roof conversion, cavity wall insulation, cladding and brickwork repair. In addition there will also be some kitchen and bathroom replacements.

The Role:
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for a scheme in Bulford, Salisbury as detailed above. This scheme is on an MOD basis.

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, your role will include the following:
” Liaise with the client directly in regards to the programme.
” The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, materials and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
” Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
” Production of weekly reports against forecast
” Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures

Experience Required:
As a Site Manager you will have proven experience in managing medium to large scale housing refurbishments projects, and have a track record in delivering Projects on time, to budget and to the highest standards possible in respect of customer satisfaction. Ideally you will have previously worked on projects including external refurbishments however this is not essential. It is essential however that you have experience running programmes within social housing refurbishment as you will be required to hit the ground running at the earliest possible point.

To qualify for this position the successful Site Manager must possess the following:
” SMSTS
” First Aid
” CSCS Card
” Asbestos Awareness
” Trade background or relevant degree qualifications (Or equivalent)
