We work only with trusted, accredited payroll partners ensuring ‘payroll peace of mind’, we independently audit all our payroll partners and can provide HMRC RTI reporting evidence on request. Paying candidates fairly and on time is our main priority, we do everything we can do to ensure the companies that support us have the same values. 

Our freelance workers are vetted in the same way as our permanent candidates with rigorous referencing, RTW checks and interviews prior to the assignment start date. Having often worked for us several times we know they have the correct skill match for your requirements.

MASTER VENDOR SYSTEM/RECRUITENT PROCESS OUTSOURCE (RPO)

Struggling to keep track of your recruitment spend or allocation of labour? Dealing with too many agencies with no formal agreement on rates?  

Ionic successfully deliver serval master vendor agreements for our clients. We work in partnership with a modern cloud-based system which creates a centralised solution to manage all temporary recruitment. We can create the platform to meet your individual requirements from authorisation settings to invoicing specifications. There is no cost to set up and we manage the full process to minimise the time you would need to invest. We can either manage this independently or under the client’s authorisation to create a fully managed service for our clients, responsible for the full recruitment process.
