Position: Buyer – Residential Housebuilding
Location: Lancashire
Salary: Up to £55,000 + package
Contract Type: Permanent

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Buyer on behalf of a successful privately-owned housebuilder with a strong pipeline of work and a number of new developments secured.

This role offers excellent long-term prospects within a stable and expanding company that values progression and staff retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procuring materials and subcontractors for residential developments

• Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and commercial departments

• Ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality

• Managing budgets and procurement schedules

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement within the residential construction sector

• Strong understanding of working drawings and specifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Full UK driving licence

• Previous experience with housebuilders or contractors delivering affordable housing projects preferred
