Position: FM Helpdesk Coordinator

We’re currently recruiting for an FM Helpdesk Coordinator to join a growing Facilities Management team based in Manchester.
This is a hybrid position offering flexible working hours, providing an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Facilities Management who’s looking for a stable, long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage incoming FM helpdesk queries efficiently

Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of works

Update and maintain CAFM systems accurately

Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to clients and colleagues

Assist with reporting and general administration duties as required
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a Facilities Management or Helpdesk Coordinator role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail

Experience using CAFM systems or similar software
