The Company

  • An award-winning building contractor with 40 years-experience in the social housing sector based in the North West of England, are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help with making a real impact to the successful Group businesses
  • Due to the growth within the business this is a new role, and a great opportunity to work with a reputable company and progress your career

The Role

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing activity and will report into the Group Marketing Manager
  • Working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure all businesses position their products and services to targeted external marketplaces effectively
  • This role will require a blend of leadership and activity management that supports all Group entities, managing brand continuity across multiple platforms in line with Group corporate strategy and objectives
  • Create engaging written and visual content that is suitable for output across multiple channels
  • Engage with and support departments with marketing, sales and corporate collateral
  • Liaison and management of PR and creative design agencies
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company website and social media channels
  • Website maintenance and development
  • News, blog and social media management, on-site / product photography
  • Email template design & circulation
  • Production of documents, event material, literature and presentations
  • Management of print collateral
  • Internal communications, including quarterly newsletters
  • Management of branding and corporate brands
  • Monthly marketing reports

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years marketing management experience (Construction and/or Manufacturing experience desirable)
  • Marketing / Business related Degree and/or Professional Qualification
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles within a B2B
  • Copywriting experience preferable
  • Demonstrable ability to self-motivate, work in cross-functional teams and remain
  • Knowledge of WordPress websites, Adobe InDesign / Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications will be advantageous
