Position: Site Manager

Location: Blackburn

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a joinery background to work for a specialist Joinery contractor in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of joinery works and a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee joinery works on-site for commercial projects
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
• Monitor health & safety compliance across the site
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a joinery background
• Strong understanding of joinery works and the commercial sector
• Excellent project management, organisational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage health & safety regulations on-site
• CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid (preferred)

Package: £50,000 – £55,000 + Package
