Position: Site Manager
Location: St Helens

Salary:

• Freelance: £280.00 per day

• Permanent: £50,000 – £55,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic contractor delivering a Strip Out and Fit Out project in St Helens. This role offers both freelance and permanent options, depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery

• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and materials on-site

• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed

• Maintain project timelines and quality standards

• Communicate effectively with clients and the wider project team

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering strip out and fit out projects

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
