Key Information

  • We are looking for the Admin Assistant / Purchase Ledger Assistant
  • £10.26 plus holiday pay, fixed term 6 – 12 months – 37.5 hours, 7:30am/8:00am start times
  • You will be working for a large Construction company based in Bolton working with the Purchase Ledger team

The Role  

  • Provide administrative support to the Purchase Ledger Team Leader
  • Handle supplier phone call and email queries
  • Organise and distribution emails and post
  • Assisting with data collection for departmental KPIs
  • Running departmental reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Purchase ledger assistants as and when required, including during colleagues’ absence
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Admin experience
  • Experience working with purchase ledger
  • Phone experience
  • IT literate and able to run reports
