  • A market leader in the construction and housing sector in the North West, are actively looking to recruit an experienced on site administrator, to work in between 2 sites in the Cheshire area
  • As a business, the contractor provides social housing new builds, with a great reputation for construction, this contractor is looking to offer a permanent position for the right person

The Role

  • Working on their New Build sites in Sandbach and Crewe you will be 2 days at Sandbach and 3 days at Crewe
  • Scanning documents and organising folders
  • Emailing snagging lists
  • Responsible for goods in and goods out documents
  • Responding to emails and taking meeting minutes
  • Organising health and safety documents and filing systems
  • Responsible for all other administration duties for their site

Skills and relevant experience

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Organisations skills are essential
  • To be successful within this role you will have a strong administration background
  • Admin experience within construction would be beneficial l but not essential
