Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Manchester
Salary: Negotiable
Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic consultancy, offering exposure to a variety of projects across the Healthcare, Education, and Commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, demonstrating strong technical capability and sound commercial knowledge

• Work on a wide range of projects within the Healthcare, Education, and Commercial sectors

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and working towards Chartered Status (MRICS), with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience

• Knowledge and understanding of cost management/quantity surveying duties, with experience of NEC/JCT forms of contract

• Previous healthcare experience would be beneficial
