Position: Contracts Manager

Location: North West

Salary: £68,000 – £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in new build construction. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee new build construction projects from start to completion
• Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to across all sites
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, taking action where necessary
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the new build sector
• Strong knowledge of construction management and project delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
