Position: Contracts Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new build housing developments across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable housebuilder delivering high-quality affordable and open market housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee several sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

• Lead, manage, and support Site Managers and on-site teams

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Drive programme, quality, and cost control across all sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the new build housing sector

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

• Full UK driving licence
