Position: Build/Contracts Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £85,000 + 20% Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Build/Contracts Manager to oversee residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in timber frame construction, house building, and design & build projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain health & safety regulations on-site
- Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise throughout the build process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Build/Contracts Manager in the housebuilding sector
- Strong background in timber frame construction
- Experience in design & build projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
