Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package
Type: Permanent
Projects: Fast Track Retail, Leisure, and Multi-Sector Fit Out

We are working with a well-established fit out contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple fast-paced projects across the retail, leisure, and multi-sector fit out space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple fit out projects simultaneously from pre-start to handover

• Working closely with Site Managers and the commercial team to ensure delivery on time, budget, and to the highest standard

• Attending client meetings and managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to

• Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering fast-track fit out projects across relevant sectors

• Strong leadership, client liaison and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
