- Contracts Manager required in Warrington
- Salary: Up to £60,000 + car allowance
- Experience: Office fit out
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Produce site logistics plans, methodologies, programmes and other documentation
- Attend tender interviews
- Liaise with H&S Manager to ensure all good practices are enforced
- Request site based staff when needed
- Oversee the project team to ensure the project is delivered successfully
- Drive the project to successful completion
- Provide support to after care staff
- Work to improve profit and value for money where possible
- Have an understanding of the profit of all projects and have access to CVRs
Requirements
- SMSTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
