Key Information

  • We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Operative
  • You will work for a large house builder who are based across the North West providing customer care to properties that are due completion ensuring all defects are rectified with the properties
  • This role is a permanent role you will work across the North West on sites and will be supplied with van and fuel and tools for work use only
  • Ideally someone who are worked across new build sites and has a good knowledge of building regulations and able to work efficiently with customers
  • 39 hour working week
  • Salary would be negotiable depending on experience

The Role

  • Complete and investigate any defects in the new properties
  • Work with maintenance manager and customer care team
  • Maintain and complete all repairs on management system
  • Complete any finishing works required, plastering, joinery, painting
  • Complete health and safety records on each job
  • Complete Rams on each property
  • Manage all material requests to procure materials

Qualifications and Experience

  • CSCS Card
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Previous work experience on new build sites completing Snagging
  • Good knowledge of NHBC and house building standards
  • Good communicator and able to be self-motivated
