The Company

  • Operating across the North West, this company works with local authorities and housing associations to complete all planned maintenance, refurbishment and new builds
  • As a result of their success they are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Liaison Officer
  • Immediate start working on gas and electricity contracts around Warrington, St Helens and Wigan area

The Role

  • Supporting teams and contractors to provide a customer interface regarding all aspects of planning and delivering the maintenance and construction projects
  • Co-ordinating feedback from customers post-handover during the defects period take direct calls from customers and resolving enquiries at first contact where possible in accordance with defined customer standards
  • Providing a high-quality consistent service to customers, guiding them through the programme of works where possible providing the principle contact from cradle to grave
  • Ensuring that customer enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly
  • Arranging and participating in open days for the planning and delivery of a project or contract
  • Supporting and where appropriate working as an integrated team for other ‘Schedulers’ or ‘CLOs in organising and scheduling work for operations staff
  • Playing an active part in attending meetings/forums/surgeries and act as the main point of contact
  • Ensuring that complaints are recorded and dealt with in line with feedback policy, procedure and targets
  • Organising, prioritising and carrying out tasks effectively, meeting or exceeding targets including contributing to works programmes and schedules

Qualifications and relevant experience

  • Experience within this role working on Social Housing Refurbishment schemes
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Customer Service or Business Discipline
  • Health and Safety Qualification
  • Experience of using a computerised Scheduling or planning systems
  • Have a flexible approach to work under a wide variety of duties as they arise
  • Ability to work alone with minimum supervision
