We are seeking an Experienced Surveyor to join our client’s team, supporting the responsive repairs and planned works department, with a key focus on Condensation, Mould, and Damp Inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose, specify, order, supervise, and manage technical repair solutions
• Conduct detailed inspections and provide structural and repair-based reports
• Provide accurate analysis and specification of works, raising orders for remedial actions in line with financial guidelines
• Prepare variations and ensure completion of works within approved timescales and budget
• Oversee contract management for repairs and voids contracts
• Organise and conduct site visits to monitor contractor performance, ensuring work meets the highest standards
• Work independently and manage a variable caseload efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in surveying within repairs and planned works
• Strong knowledge of condensation, mould, and damp diagnostics
• Ability to manage projects from inspection to completion
• Excellent report writing and contract management skills
• Strong understanding of financial guidelines and budget management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
