• We are looking for an Estimator to join a busy team in Warrington

The Role

• Receive enquires and review drawings and specs
• Carrying out material take offs and assigning times/costs for the full scope of work
• Liaise internally and externally if needed to ensure accurate pricing
• Proven experience working as an Estimator is essential
• Experience working on varied structural steel is essential
• Have excellent diligence and good organisational skills
• Analyse drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Price up variations
• Prepare estimates for structural steelwork and architectural steelwork
• Monitor and track project progress and ensure that the project is completed within the estimated time and budget
• Maintain records of estimates and contracts
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
