Position: Fire Protection Contracts Surveyor
Location: Liverpool Office and travelling to sites
Salary: Negotiable
Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for a Fire Protection Contracts Surveyor to join a leading social housing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review fire risk assessments for fire protection installations, maintenance, and inspections

• Ensure contracts comply with fire safety regulations (Approved Document B) and tested standards

• Conduct triage surveys to assess fire hazards from risk assessments

• Evaluate passive fire protection systems for compliance

Requirements:

• Suitable qualification in Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to conduct fire risk assessments and recommend appropriate fire safety measures

• Ability to understand fire risk assessments and produce schedules of work ahead of passive fire contractors
