Position: Site Manager – Fire Protection (Social Housing)
Location: Warrington
Salary: £40,000 + Company Van
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fire protection projects for a social housing-focused role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing property maintenance and refurbishment company, with long-term work and the chance to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth workflow

Oversee fire stopping works, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and safety protocols

Implement and maintain strict health & safety standards, including RAMS and PPE compliance

Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and communicate hazards or changes to workers

Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate access and minimise disruption
Requirements:

Significant experience in fire protection projects (essential)

Valid FIRAS and SMSTS certifications (or equivalent)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proactive and solutions-focused approach to site management

Interest in fire safety and willingness to develop knowledge further
