Position: Fire Stopping Site Manager
Location: Liverpool Area
Salary: £40,000 + Van & Fuel
We are seeking an experienced Fire Stopping Site Manager to oversee firestopping schemes across various sites in the Liverpool area. This role involves managing projects ranging from full site management to supervising maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee firestopping projects to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Manage and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high standards of work
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Conduct site inspections and quality control to maintain compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in firestopping and site management
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
