We are seeking a reliable Gateman for a short-term role on a new build affordable housing site in Bolton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling site access

• Logging and directing deliveries

• Liaising with site teams to ensure smooth operation of gate entry

• Maintaining a safe and secure entry point at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Banksman ticket (essential)

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
