• A refurbishment and fit out company who design and create extraordinary spaces are looking for a Mechanical Design Technician in Salford
• They are looking for someone who focuses on quality and detail and a great communicator to join their team

The Role

• Produce coordinated drawings for Mechanical Services up to RIBA stage 5 for construction issue
• Provision of piped services schematics
• Provide coordinated builders works in connection drawings
• Undertake surveys and produce as-built drawings post project completion
• Undertake design drawings for Mechanical Services, working closely with the in-house Mechanical Designers. Services include but are not limited to Air conditioning, Comfort heating/cooling, ventilation and piped services
• Production of coordinated M&E reflected ceiling plans, detecting clashes and mitigating as required

Qualifications / Experience

• Experienced within the Building Services design industry specifically Mechanical design
• Someone who has a great attention to detail and takes real pride in their work
• Previous experience in a similar role and performing the above duties
• Must be fully conversant with ACAD and ideally have worked with REVIT MEP
• Someone who works well with multiple stakeholders and clients
• Great communication skills
• Highly organised and passionate
• Experience of multi-tasking and having multiple projects moving forward at different stages
