Position: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a Fit-Out project in central Manchester. This role involves managing the mechanical installation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the mechanical aspects of the Fit-Out project
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality standards
- Resolve any technical or logistical challenges on-site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within Fit-Out projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and building services
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in project management (preferred)
