Position: Multi-Skilled Joiner
Location: Clayton-le-Moors
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: A few weeks’ work
Rate: £21.50 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner for snagging work on a new build housing site in Clayton-le-Moors. The role will involve a variety of tasks, so applicants must be comfortable carrying out other trades such as patching, painting, and minor plumbing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out snagging work to ensure high-quality finishes
- Perform patching, painting, and minor plumbing tasks as required
- Work efficiently to complete tasks within set deadlines
- Follow all health & safety regulations on-site
- Liaise with site managers and trades as required
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous Multi-Skilled Joinery experience on new build housing sites
- Ability to carry out patching, painting, and minor plumbing work
- Own tools and PPE
- Work-based references confirming experience
