Key Information
- We are looking for a talented and passionate Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our dynamic team to support the Co-op delivering exceptional reactive maintenance and planned work tasks
- With your excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, you will be the face of our company and make a positive impact on Co-op sites and the communities they serve, ensuring that our client is satisfied with our work
- You’ll have a designated geographical area and be responsible for all FM works in Co-ops Food and Funeral Care sites, building relationships with both site and Co-op teams
- No two days will be the same, but your dedication to providing exceptional services will remain constant
- Locations : North West, Yorkshire, North East, Anglia, Wales, South East, South Cnetral & South West
Required
- Experience in the FM, retail or public building sectors is highly desirable
- A NVQ qualification in a related construction trade is preferred
- A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow all HSQE protocols as our company values safety above all else
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients
- A flexible, proactive and customer-focused approach to your work
- A full UK driving licence, as driving for work is a significant part of the role
- A minimum on-call commitment of one week in every four
