The Role

  • Monitor and administer the scheduling of works process to the Regeneration Services Engineers and operatives
  • Carry out various administration tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company
  • Schedule appointments through Castleton Maintain
  • Process variations
  • Arrange follow on appointments
  • Invoice administration
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Liaise with client counterparts
  • Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards, compliance with procedures and processes

Qualifications and experience

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Ability to competently operate MS office
  • Experience of Partnership arrangements
  • Experience of Responsive Repairs contacts
  • Understanding of local government and RSLs
  • Understanding of an appointment process
  • Previous Administration experience
