Position: Project Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Façade & Building Envelope contractor. You will be the project lead on a commercial build, overseeing all aspects of the project. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire remediation and cladding, as well as familiarity with project management software and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage facade and building envelope projects for commercial builds
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee fire remediation and cladding works, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Use project management software to track progress and manage resources
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor health & safety regulations on-site and ensure all team members comply
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Façade & Building Envelope works
- Experience with fire remediation and cladding essential
- Proficiency in using project management software and programming tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines
- Relevant qualifications in project management (preferred)
