Key Information

• A specialist interior fit-out company who work with many blue-chip clients are looking to recruit a Project Manager for their Operations team
• The ideal candidate will be willing to travel to sites when required but work primarily from the Warrington office
• Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + package

The Role

• Promote Health and Safety at all times
• Ensure the projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Plan and oversee all materials and equipment that are needed
• Responsible for site managers day to day and their duties
• Monitor subcontractors, check materials, inspect work
• Quality control
• Write detailed reports including programme of work
• Deal with any issues that may occur

Experience

• Must have fit out experience within the retail sector
• 3-5 years as a Project Manager in a similar environment
• Strong IT skills

Qualifications:

• Hold an NVQ qualification in Construction Management
• Must hold a valid UK driver’s licence
• CSCS Card
