Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Warrington

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 plus package (Negotiable)

Job Type: Permanent

We are working with a highly reputable construction and engineering contractor in the North West, delivering projects across the energy, retail, and industrial sectors. Due to sustained growth, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a variety of projects across the North West, valued up to £20m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and valuations
• Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering
• Monitor project costs and profitability
• Negotiate contracts and manage variations
• Prepare and submit final accounts
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Experience working on projects over £10m
• Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
