• A family-run business with over 20 years-experience in the construction industry are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bootle, Liverpool
• This business provides high quality services across the construction sector
• Working with local housing associations, they provide an experienced workforce which delivers on every project
• Pay: £45,000 + car allowance

The Role

• Attending site visits to a variety of social housing refurbishment schemes throughout the North West
• Preparing tenders for new build schemes
• Predominantly based from their office in Bootle

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience within Social Housing or a similar role
• Hold the relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
• Computer literate
