Key Information

• An award winning company who specialise in refurbishment are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to add to their team
• This is role will be working on fast trick/fit out refurbishment so experience in this sector would be ideal
• This position is a hybrid role, including a mix of office, home and site work
• Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30 – 17:00)
• Salary: Experience dependent

The Role

• Attend scoping meetings, pre start meetings and surveys
• Produce cost documents
• Sourcing subcontractors
• Order and invoice materials
• Running programmes for multiple projects

What do you need to succeed?

• Working in a fast paced environment
• Experience in fast track fit out projects
• Excellent IT knowledge
• Experience dealing with multiple projects
