Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lancashire

Salary: £47,000 – £52,000 + Package (dependent on experience)

We are currently representing a well-known and respected housebuilder in the region, who is experiencing a period of expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing company and take on a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the costing and budgeting for volume housebuilding projects
• Conduct subcontractor procurement and manage relationships
• Provide financial reporting, cost control, and analysis
• Ensure project profitability, and assist in contract management
• Liaise with site teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Housebuilding experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of COINS (preferred)
• Established knowledge of subcontractors in the North West region (preferred)
• Relevant industry qualifications: RICS, Surveying Degree, or HND
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Salary: £47,000 – £52,000 + Package
