• An exciting opportunity has arisen for sales-focused, driven individual to join our well-established construction team at Ionic Recruitment
• Due to continued growth and PSL agreements acquired, we are currently looking for 1-2 consultants & recruitment resourcers to join our team in Birchwood Park, Warrington
• Over the last 10 years Ionic Recruitment has built up a solid reputation within the construction industry for its service and delivery
• These opportunities come at an exciting time for the business – we are looking to drive the business forward within one of the busiest markets of 2023

What are we looking for?

• Motivated and driven individuals – we can give you the training to start with along with continued support, but you must have the desire to succeed
• Effective communicator – be able to comfortably hold conversations with clients and candidates from entry to director level
• Either phone based or face to face sales experience and are comfortable to complete both
• Full UK driving licence – we will expect you to meet your clients and candidates
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude – we are a close team so the ability to cross sell and work with others is as important as delivering yourself
