Key Information

  • A Social Housing Refurbishment contractor have recently been awarded a new scheme and is looking to expand their team due to the increase in works
  • With a contract starting imminently, this company is looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer who is available to commit to a permanent contract working across Greater Manchester on a kitchen and bathroom scheme
  • This contractor work with Housing Associations and Councils to complete maintenance in their tenanted properties – all schemes are planned and will include works on a kitchen and bathroom scheme
  • This is an opportunity to secure an ongoing contract where you will be the sole Resident Liaison Officer working directly with the Site Manager responsible for the full scheme from start to finish

The Role  

  • Working directly with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting in the delivery of the full scheme including completing the programmes, lettering to tenants and completing the kitchen and bathroom replacements
  • The scheme is currently underway with an existing Site Manager already in place however due to workload and increased pipeline of work for planned maintenance, the company are looking to take on a Resident Liaison Officer on a permanent basis
  • Dealing with any problems include property access
  • Resolving any issues from tenants with the Site Manager
  • Recording and logging all information
  • Aftercare on project being completed
  • Liaising with tenants directly in regards to the work being completed

Qualifications and relevant experience

  • An experienced Resident Liaison Officer who can commit on a permanent basis and is looking for a permanent role
  • Available for interviews immediately and can commit to a start in the coming weeks to get on site and support the existing Site Manager with all resident liaison duties
  • An experience in completing planned maintenance schemes previously within Social Housing and tenanted properties
  • Computer literate with have strong organisation skills to be able to complete daily paperwork logs and record all information on computer systems
