Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid Working)

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in Basingstoke. This role offers hybrid working and requires expertise in social housing refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for refurbishment projects
• Provide accurate valuations, cost forecasts, and contract variations
• Work closely with project teams to ensure efficient cost management and project delivery
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Senior level)
• Social Housing Refurbishment experience (beneficial)
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
