Position: Site Manager
Location: Adlington
Start Date: Thursday 16th May
Duration: Until Friday 30th May (Temporary)
Rate: £27–£28 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the groundworks phase of a new build housing development in Adlington. The site is currently undergoing roads and sewers installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage subcontractors carrying out groundworks

• Ensure works are progressing in line with programme and health & safety standards

• Maintain site organisation and communication with all involved parties

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification

• Proven experience managing groundworks on residential sites

• Able to provide recent, relevant references
