The Company

  • A Northwest-based construction company are actively recruiting due to their increase of works, currently providing a wide range of services to around 8000 homes in Bury and aspire to deliver great services that improve the quality of homes and neighborhoods
  • This is role will require an experienced Refurbishment Site Manager, and it is a great opportunity for the right candidate with excellent company benefits

The Role

  • Working with the contractors on tenanted properties on their kitchen and bathroom schemes
  • The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, materials and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
  • Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
  • Production of weekly reports against forecast
  • Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures

Qualifications and experience

  • Strong experience working for housing contractors/ housing associations and liaising with tenants on a daily basis
  • Accustomed to working on a similar sites and ensuring targets and deadlines are achieved
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Refurbishment experience as a Site Manager with Kitchen and bathroom schemes
