Position: Site Manager
Location: Chorley
Rate: £26.00 – £28.00 per hour
Type: Temporary (Holiday Cover)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for holiday cover on a new build housing site in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth running of the project

• Manage groundwork activities and coordinate with subcontractors and trades

• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

• Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing groundworks and new build housing projects

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

• Strong organisational and leadership skills
