Key Information

  • Operating across North West England, this company work with local authorities and housing associations to complete new build houses / flats
  • With a local site in the Liverpool area, this company are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to support with a project completing all grounds work, and completion of 2 blocks of flats as well as new build houses
  • This is a temporary position with the contract to start immediately due to growth in tenders wins for the business, and could possibly progress to a permanent position

The Role  

  • Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
  • Process bookings on the system & co-ordinate staff to ensure work is completed promptly
  • The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
  • Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
  • Production of weekly reports against forecast
  • Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures

Qualifications and relevant experience

  • Strong background in Social Housing New Builds
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Card
  • Traditional build background
  • Trades background essential, bricklayer / joiner
