Key Information

  • We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work for a company operating across the North West area to support them with a new build project
  • The company works with local authorities and housing associations to complete all planned maintenance, refurbishment and new builds
  • This is a temporary contract to start immediately and will continue until the end of November 2021 with a possibility of being extended

The Role  

  • Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
  • The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, subcontractors, materials and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
  • Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
  • Production of weekly reports against forecast
  • Providing a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures

Qualifications and relevant experience

  • Strong background in Social Housing New Build
  • Immediately available to both interview and start a contract
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Card
