- Our client, a market leader in the construction and housing sector in the North West is actively looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager due to an increase volume of work they have been awarded recently

The Role
- The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, subcontractors, materials and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
- Working currently on the groundworks and remediation, building 50 timber framed houses and 10 masonry apartments
- Working with the assistant manager and the rest of the team to complete deadlines
- Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
- Production of weekly reports against forecast
- Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures
Qualifications and experience
- Strong background in completing new build social housing projects
- You will be looking to secure a permanent opportunity within a driven business and committed to achieving specific targets
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Trade background or relevant degree qualifications (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years management experience within construction
- To be successful within this role you will have experience within this position working in the construction industry
